Totally disappointed with the color shown with zoom in & it's not the actual color received, the actual color was very faded & light. the rug was totally filled with loose fibers that needs many many times vacuuming & emptying the dirt container. when complaint to customer service of color difference, they say it's the same as if you're colorblind! customer service did not help at all to resolve issue.
